[Article] “Moving Over or Speaking With: The Ethics of Editorial Intervention in Children's Literature”

Research examining the ethical implications of editorial interventions in children's literature containing representations now regarded as problematic. Drawing on the cases of Babar, Dr. Seuss, and Roald Dahl, this article investigates the effects of suppression, rewriting, and contextualization on the transmission of values, the preservation of historical memory, and the interpretive agency of young readers. Article in preparation.

Research on autobiographical writing and trauma, understood as sites where the subject is shaped through alterity. At the intersection of literature, phenomenology, and psychoanalysis. Article actually under review.

[Article] « Le théâtre d'un empire : théâtralisation et hantise de la mémoire coloniale dans Congo d'Eric Vuillard » (French language article)

Research on the staging of colonial memory in Congo by Éric Vuillard (2012), examining how the narrative renders historical violence visible while subjecting it to critical scrutiny. Article actually under review.

A triptych combining poetry and narrative, currently under submission to publishing houses. It explores the body, absence, and memory through a fragmented and sensory language. At the intersection of storytelling and intimate experience, the text examines the traces of trauma and lineage.

Short text performed as part of Mignardises littéraires (UdeM, Season 3, 2026). A public performance centred on the female body, engaging with norms, the gaze, and lived experience.

Short text performed as part of Mignardises littéraires (UdeM, Season 2, 2025). A public performance centred on family memory, at the intersection of archive, absence, and lineage.

[Literature] « Déboire de mémoires » (In French)

Recipient of the 2023 Grand Prize for Young Adult Short Fiction (Éditions Épingles à nourrice). A writing of memory and exile, in which family narratives and forms of belonging are re-enacted.
